Though the amount of mergers and acquisitions has decreased recently as a result of the current economy, an uptick is expected given the recent positive economic reports.

It is against this backdrop that Argyle Executive Forum presents its 2009 Leadership in Corporate Divestitures and Acquisitions Forum, which will take place in Manhattan.  The event brings together approximately 130-150 top M&A decision makers from corporate America, leading private equity executives and other investment professionals as well as complementary areas of executive leadership (CEOs, CFOs & COOs).  The forum will address a number of topics including, but not limited to: an examination of the private equity-corporate relationship, best practices in divesting, a look at the current deal environment, and techniques for structuring M&A transactions.

Please note that the limited seating for members of the advisory community is offered first to those that are supporting the event as sponsors. This event is by invitation only, and an invitation code is required. If you did not receive an invitation but would like to inquire about attendance, please click here
